"The manager is clearly lacking a cosmetology license/any degree of knowledge that should be required to have her position. Every time I have to deal with her I dread it. She is clueless, argumentative and dismissive. She blatantly told me she didn’t have the answer and just left me standing in the aisle, confused and in need of help… which clearly wasn’t going to come from her. The only saving grace is the man who works at this location, he is passionate about his job and is delightful to work with."
