"I was visiting Olean for vacation with family i live in Florida. I decided to come to claires in the mall not the first time. Either way, I checked the sign they were closed for 30 minutes i waited and no one came back but an hour later or more!!!! This happened 3 times already!! Then the young lady came back to open the doors. I asked someone who the young lady is in other stores around the area and they said her name was Rachael. They said the store has been doing that for a long time closing for and hour when its not suppose to. So i decided not to bring my 4 kids back here. Bad staffing and Money this company lost. Years ago the staffing was better and the older manager was friendly. I really don't know what happened to this place."
"Rachael was amazing!!!! She was clearly in some pain and having a personal day with ear infections. She went amove and beyond to help me despite the pain she never stopped smiling I'd def come back just for her. 10 stars for Rachael her vibe her style her work ethics all top notch."
