"We recently joined the club and had some trouble with my bank card during the sign up process. Manager was very helpful and was able to work her way through the issues. We went through the store and found several items that we wanted to purchase to try. At checkout our card became an issue again and the cashier just said your card is not going through do you have another card. We told her that we had issues joining and that the manager was able to get us through. She didn't want to call the manager up we guess and was forced to leave without our items.
