"This place is one of the worse places I have been for dip powder. They didn’t fix my nails, there is black all over them for idk what reason. They also charged me full price after they sat there and talked about it they should or not. Would not recommend to anyone. And my dip is all bubbly not flat so it looks like my real nail. They also cut me as you can see in the first picture"

"Great job! If they are busy and there is a wait, then make an appointment next time. They are very busy for a good reason. If you made an appointment it should be honored and they do that, but some wait is probably going to happen with the volume that this salon has. Patience is needed IMHO"

"This was by far the worst nail service I have ever had, and I have gotten my nails done every 3 or 4 weeks for years. 2 days ago, on Sat 10/1/22, I went to Tip Top Nails for a mani and pedi in Olean, NY. First, she used the sander (or whatever that tool is called) to take off all the polish on my fingernails and toenails. She used it the whole time and didn't use any polish remover. The sander burned my fingers and toes, weakened all my nails and made some of them bleed. Secondly, she didn't use the cotton between my toes so all the polish got messed up and both pinky toe nails were only half painted. Thirdly, a portion of my thumb nails weren't painted, she didn't paint the tips and none of my nails are smooth. There are blotches on every nail and 2 of my nails have broken. She got nail polish all over my fingers and left a lot of it (see photos). When I politely pointed out the mistakes and pain she caused me, she got mad AT ME!!! $65 of my hard earned money down the drain and now I have to go somewhere else and have them fixed, which will cost at least ANOTHER $70! She even had the audacity to ask me for a tip. Are you kidding me? I would appreciate a message back from Tip Top Nails, but judging the way the worker acted towards me while doing the service, I would be very surprised to get any customer service feedback. Disappointed and mad is an understatement for this EX- customer!"

"I had an appointment for 1pm, they weren’t busy when I came in so I was taken back right away. The man who did my nails took his time shaping and making sure they were the length and nail shape that I wanted. I only noticed a problem when he started painting. He asked me what kind of glitter polish I wanted and had me pick between a topper and a base glitter polish. I chose the chunkier base glitter polish, assuming that he would begin to paint my nails the way I asked. He painted the whole nail instead and then did the white V shape afterwards. Not the design I asked for AT ALL but by the end of the appointment I wasn’t mad and accepted what I was given. (The first photo is an example of what I wanted, second photo is my actual nail design) I’m not upset anymore, as this simple design has begun to grow on me, but a good manicurist would ask for the example photo multiple times to please the customer, he didn’t."
