"Really disappointed in my service - I booked as this salon has great reviews and you could book spa services. I booked a Rockstar package to take a break as I am going to school and working fulltime. Dana was super nice, but I was left absolutely disappointed in the outcome of the appointment. First, my hair color was no where near what it was supposed to be. I ended up at a brown so dark that my hair is almost black at the tips. My roots are a lighter shade of brown, still very dark. She had to mix more dye half way through my hair as she ran out of dye - I'm not sure if this was the cause, but my hair is definitely lighter at my roots. I had asked for my hair to be close to my natural color and picked out a light/medium brown on the hair swatch.. I go between wanting to laugh and cry at my reflection. I also have thin hair, so having super dark hair makes it much easier to see my scalp, which is making me super self conscious. Other aspects made my appointment a disappointment, but the hair color is the worst. I was not given an introduction when I walked in. I had to remind her of two of my services that were included in the package. The Beautifying "Facial" was just her applying Aveda products. No aspect of that "facial" was a spa treatment and that was the entire reason I had booked there. No steam, no face massage, no dark environment, no white noise machine. To top it off, at the end we started encroaching on her 1pm appointment as everything had taken a really long time.. (my color was not even done until like 10:30 when I got there at 9 am and we did the color first). When I went to get my teeth whitenend (also had to remind her of this service) she cut 5 minutes off of the 20 minute light time. Overall, if you are going here for spa-like services, don't. My hair cut is fine. If you're just going for a cut or have been going long enough to have a rapport here I am sure this salon is fine. For anything else I would look around, I feel like I utterly wasted over $300 to look like I dyed my own hair with box dye and to have someone else wash my face and apply a face mask for me."
