"Came in for a balayage appointment with beautiful auburn hair. I said maybe someday I'd like to go blonde and then they bleached my ENTIRE head without discussing it with me. My hair was fried and one side was half orange/yellow because it didnt process the same time as the rest of my hair. They deleted initial review the week after the incident. I called to discuss the issue and they didn't answer. They are narcissistic people who will lie and blame you for their screw up rather than take accountability"

He is an amazing colorist, I'm a natural brunette and he has taken me thru so many beautiful transitions. The atmosphere is so lovely. They always welcome you and are prompt to assist you when you walk in the door. I have had the pleasure of using many of their services. I reccomend them all! The pedis are wonderful!!!"
