"Weirdest experience ever. I was put in a seat where the hair was not cleaned up from the last person. I had to basically sit in his hair. I wanted a trim. The lady cut my hair and did not check to see if it was even. Then she only dried half my head and told me I was done. I assume she hacked my hair but I didn't want to be in there a minute longer. Do not recomend."
"So left Supercuts today and got home to discover that my 13 year old daughters hair is missing a huge patch. Cici said nothing about this and charged me full price too. Never going back and have been a customer there for over 10 years. Would give 0 stars if I could, she is so upset. Update: 2-4 photos are now a month later. Hair is not regrowing at all, follicles appear to have been irreparably damaged."
