"Dr. Andrew and the staff that work on your kids teeth are good. My issues are with the billing and getting in for an appointment. If your insurance is out of network they want you to pay the hundreds of dollars out of pocket vs what most offices procedures are. Most offices give you an estimate of what they think will be covered and have you pay the difference. The billing staff never submits the claim correctly to have your insurance reimburse you. The check goes to them so they get double payment and use the money as a credit to your account. I got tired of having to call there to have them cut me a check for the reimbursement I was supposed to get. They have limited hours that make it hard to get your children in if you work. Last, they don't seem to answer the phone anymore and seem to get back to you quicker through texting. This is at times frustrating because it's easier to talk to a person vs long texts back and forth."

"Absolutely love Dr. Beuttenmueller and his entire staff. My daughters always felt welcomed by their friendliness. From the moment you enter to when you leave they are all courteous and kind. Dr. Beuttenmueller takes his time with each patient and is always available to answer any questions or concerns."

"You know that when your children (5 of them, all under age 10) BEG to go to the dentist, you have found the right one! Dr. Andrew and his staff is the BEST that we have ever experienced. We've always had a short wait time, thorough and extremely friendly care. They are all very gentle and kind with the small children - even the 2 year old puts his sunglasses on and lays back for his dental cleaning. I am impressed! I cannot recommend them highly enough! We will truly miss this office when we have to move."

"Took my son here for dental work. My son needed much needed work done and Dr Andrew was really great. He explained to us everything that needed done and our best options were. He fixed up my son's teeth, and they look great now! The staff there is really friendly and very kids friendly! We're sad that we have to move and change my son's dentist!"

"I love going to this dentist with my kids! I first brought my son when he was about 3 1/2 & needed major dental work . The local dentist refered out because he did not want to deal with it. The Doctor & staff were wonderful then! So, fast forward to when my same son is about 10 & we are told by another local dentist he has 4 cavities that need to be filled. The child already had a mouth filled with silver due to past surgeries so I took him back to Dr . Andrew for a 2nd option . Guess what .... He had 1 true cavity, 1 that could go either way since it was falling out & a sealant needed to be re done. After that we decided to move all the kids to him. Regardless of the 1 hr & 1/2 ride. Somethings in life are worth it.... Good teeth, great service . Win-Win! -"
