"Seen them when I lived up north no issues. Well except the one lady who needed to re-educate herself on pregnancy and teeth problems. Otherwise great folks. Loved the Fulton office. They seriously need to open back up down here. They closed during COVID and all these other places are a joke."

"Horrible experience, constantly left each appointment in more pain then when I got there. Definitely made up a ton of "cavities" when another dentist said I had 1. I'm fixing to sue this place."

"I had a good overall experience last time I was here. However, received a call this week saying that my appointment that I booked for July 3rd needs to be rescheduled because they were not going to be open. I understand that it’s right around a holiday but when I made the appointment maybe they should have been more forward planning for that. Also, when the office called to reschedule she was like we can do tomorrow at 230pm. Like I can’t just can’t take leave like that at work. Then she was like well we are booked out till January. You changed your hours, you should be more accommodating. Thankfully, we found something in September but I’m not impressed with scheduling here."

"Office staff was extremely unprofessional and rude! Kept referring to me as my son's grandmother even though I clearly told the lady at the desk I was his mom. I overheard two ladies behind the desk speaking about someone who owed on a bill in a not very nice way......it was me! I did not realize I had a back bill. Then she spoke to me about it in front of the whole office and then said my son could not receive his cleaning and we had to leave. Why didn't they tell me about the bill when they called to remind me of the appointment?? I'll be finding a new dentist. This one has terribly negative and unprofessional staff - stay away!"

"My son (7) was referred to this office recently and I was floored with how much work they claimed he needed. A trip to the OR for 3 extractions, FIVE crowns, and multiple fillings. One of the teeth they claimed needed to be extracted was just a loose tooth. They lost all credibility after that. I went somewhere else for a second opinion and I'm so glad I did. They said he didn't even need 1/4 of the things this office claimed. They did it right then and there in the office. When I called to cancel they were less than pleasant about it. What is the most shocking as a parent is they want you to sign a waiver that claims they have a right to be stern or forceful if the child is uncooperative and won't be held responsible for any psychological damage or bruising that may occur during treatment. Seems as though they like to claim a lot of issues to get more money out of insurance companies at a child's expense."
