"Honestly we were very disappointed with this service. It is our only vendor from our wedding day we would not recommend to others. Our limo driver was demanding money (actually said $1,000 cash) in front of all of our guests which was embarrassing and unprofessional. He was also very late for each of the trips, dropped both bridal parties off and family in the wrong location, didn't know how to work the radio in the limo, and it all felt very uncoordinated. Because of this, we actually missed out on a lot of extra pictures that could have been taken."
"We used the 32 passenger shuttle and the standard limo for our wedding and everything was great. Both of the drivers were on time and ready to go. They also made sure that all of our guests made it back to the hotel by making multiple trips from our venue to the hotel."
"10/10. 5 stars. Our experience with Mark of Elegance was incredible. We used their Trolley, Rolls Royce, and Coach Bus, and they were all perfect. They made for great photos, a fun time, and smooth transportation to and from our wedding venue. All of the drivers were so nice, and Marc truly cares about every single experience with his fleet, which shows in the service provided. We highly recommend Mark of Elegance for your wedding!"
"Rick and Bobby were great! It was raining when they came to pick up the bridal party and they helped all of my guests with umbrellas to get safely inside. Rick made the drive so special. He was absolutely amazing. He helped me with my dress before and after the ceremony. He took some awesome pictures for us as well. Gave us some lovely marital advice. We had an amazing first drive as husband and wife and he really made it super special! Special shout out to Rick!!!"
