"My very courteous driver, John, communicated with me the evening before my flight to assure me that he would be there in the morning, and asked that I confirm receipt of the message... which I did. The next morning, he texted that he had arrived, and told me exactly where he would be waiting with a sign on his car window with my name on it. Even though my flight was an hour late, John waited and picked me up. The hour+ drive to my destination was pleasant. The car was spotless, and the rate was highly competitive. I have requested that John be my driver for my return flight home in a few days. I would use DLS again – anytime!"
