"I had a photo inspection done. Same day. One of the most respectful and courteous automotive customer service experiences I’ve ever had. They made a prompt appt the same day. Immediately performed the inspection when I anrtived, which is a free service, and they even gave me a swag bag with a new sleeve for my photo inspection and insurance card. Professional, clean office with a billion snack and beverage options, even espresso. They only do auto body, but you can bet that’s where I’m going if I need that service. I highly recommend this place."

"I can’t express how amazing my experience at Northside Auto Body was! Right from the start! They had a quote for my insurance in 1 day! As my car was being worked on they checked in multiple times giving me an update on my car! Everything went so smooth! They are beyond friendly and they gave me such ease leaving my car with them! No matter which staff member I spoke with they were all so friendly and did everything they could for me! As soon as you walk into the building it smells amazing and is very clean! They were so professional and had everything listed on paperwork in an organized folder to have for me as I picked up my car!
