After all the rain earlier in the week, our basement and garage flooded and my husband had to get home (we are in Puerto Rico) quickly. "We used this service for our ride down and back to JFK. Our flight out was early so we had to be picked up at 2:30 am. Our driver was Tom and he was very cheerful for that time of the morning. He was a very good driver and got us down there safely. We were picked up a little later in the day (4:30) on a Saturday by Alexandra. She handled the traffic with ease and was very pleasant to chat with. I shopped around and they were the cheapest,but you wouldn't be able to tell by the quality of the servce, and the cleanliness of the car and luxurious feel of it. There was a lot of leg room and the seats even went back a little. The car was electric it was a Hyundai although I'm not sure what type. All I know is that it was a very comfortable ride and I felt very safe both ways. I highly recommend this company."
