"You don't want the people at the Batavia office writing your policy. Customer service was ok at first but then they messed up my policy badly and refused to fix the mistake. This caused me a huge fine and hassle at the DMV. Because of this hassle I have totally dropped Geico."

"Staff was great. Bad ownership. Changing to different insurance after spending the end of the week “working” with Zach that he handled “personally” and guaranteed Atleast a call for an update and never heard from him again besides that corporate has “looked into it” but they are under new management with corporate that is “slow on the ball” I understand you’re franchised but why run a Geico if you don’t want to work for Geico? Don’t leave many bad reviews for people but wow, the lack of accountability from a worker let alone the boss is unacceptable. Again staff was wonderful very understanding they get the 2 stars. Management deserves 0 but that’s not fair to the staff."
