"My business has been insured with Stahlka for years, and up until recently I've been satisfied with the customer service. Recently via my annual audit I was charged more than a $3000 fee (more than my entire policy) for a sub who was on my last audit for not having comp. Because I have auto pay set up this huge amount was withdrawn from my account without my consent, and follow up from staff was totally lacking. I've patiently followed up with various staff for 2 months and have not had my matter resolved. I will update this review upon resolution."
