"I went here last year because my heat stopped working in my vehicle. They charged me around $600 and it was not fixed. I brought I back in, and they said we can try something else but it would be even more exspensis. So I never got my heat fixed. They also told me the undercarriage of my vehicle was so rusted out it wouldn't pass inspection and that I should start saving 1-2K to get it fixed in the next year. I thought that was suspicious because my vehicle is from Texas. Took my car to another shop this year, and they replaced the coolant and my heat started to work again. They also said my vehicle was so nice to work on because of how little rust it had. I wont be returning to this shop, and would recommend getting a second opinion before paying for anything expensive."

"Last night my tire popped on the way home from work. Luckily I was able to pull over into a safe spot, which just so happened to be Miranda Auto! It was late, so they were closed, but I called up my roommate to help me get home. We found the spare tire and a small jack in my car and spent the next hour and a half trying to change the tire… in 9 degree weather… with no gloves… and no idea what we are doing. We got the wheel off, then the jack fell. Queue this happening 4 more times. Just as we were about to give up, a truck pulled into the parking lot. A nice man walked out and asked us what was happening. We explained the situation and he said that he actually owned Miranda Auto and that he just came back to the store because he left something there. He went inside, grabbed a (much more efficient) jack, and helped us get the spare tire on…in 9 degree weather.. with no gloves. I am so so so thankful for your help!!! You were so so nice… and I will definitely be bringing my car here in the future. I haven’t gotten anything repaired here yet, but based off of that one interaction alone- I highly recommend this shop. The owner is a very kind and helpful man!!"

You realise that Ken & Michelle care about their customers. The best thing is that they are reasonably priced too!"

"Dropped my BMW here for some repair work and unfortunately they weren't able to repair it. However my experience here was still positive as the employees here were very friendly and informative. Although the technician couldn't repair it due to lack of the proper tools he still was able to tell me the problem and point me to another local repair shop which I made a new appointment with. No charge for the services just to look at it and relay that information. This is a good professional shop and was recommended via AAA under which repairs are guaranteed. Would recommend."
