"Employees are great very nice but the store is another story. I walked in and gave it a chance but this store needs a major cleaning and Cleanout. Kids section is full of gross & overpriced clothes. Dishes out on the floor with astronomical prices and dried food included too."

"Ignore everyone’s comments, I come here to thrift all the time and the sweet old ladies always welcome me and take amazing care of me with respect, please come shop here if you like to thrift.everything is organized by size and not color which makes it so much easier"

"The pricing is getting out of hand. I went in last week and multiple pairs of shoes we’re priced over $24 , most were from SHEIN, and probably didn’t cost that brand new. I ended up putting everything in my buggy back and left because I was so upset over the greedy prices."

"I was in there today. My two children aged 5 and 7 were running around, playing with toys and another child when the assistant store manager came over and in a voice loud enough for half the store to hear told me how awful they were and that I needed to control them. I understand they should have been better behaved but she did not handle the situation in a professional manner and truly embarrassed me in front of everyone, including the lady I was talking to. I went to get my children and have them put their toys away. As I was walking out holding their hands, I stopped to tell her that I didn’t appreciate the way she spoke to me and instead of apologizing or trying to rectify the situation, she continued to berate my parenting skills and told me to leave the store. And I will honestly say I was completely calm the entire time, never once raising my voice nor threatening her in any way. As I was walking out I asked, “what’s the name of this store….Good- Will?” To which she replied she would call the cops. She threatened to call the cops on me over that. I will never donate or shop at Goodwill again. I am appalled and astonished that someone who treats another human being so disrespectfully is put in an assistant manager position at what is supposed to be a charity. Oh I almost forgot, without provocation she told me, go ahead, report me."

"I have shopped in this Good Will many times. Today it was not up to par. Tons of items on display. Store was very messy. Saw other shoppers not doing good social distancing though the staff was great. Found a lot of cute kids brand new tub toys which I took home and bleached. Kids clothing was in utter disarray. I finally gave up on that. Very disorganized today. I'm not sure what has gone wrong here. I won't give up on this store, but it was not as pleasant or productive as usual."
