"This place is a joke..no customer service at all..they could have cared less if we were there. My husband and I went in and ordered 35 dollars worth of food and sat for nearly 25 minutes waiting when I asked how much longer the one young lady replied we are in the middle of a rush you will have to wait. The other young lady who had taken our order responded I am just clearing the screen when orders are complete. Our order was no longer on the screen. I requested a refund at that point. Gladly she replied..Way to go..why even have the dining area open if not for customers. Very disappointed"
"TWICE, I asked for only one piece of fish to be spicy. TWICE, I asked for tartar sauce and malt vinegar. I waited and that's fine as I don't mind waiting for fresh food but when it was brought out, both pieces of fish were spicy and no sauce. This is most certainly NOT the first time this has happened but it will be the last. I'm done with this location for good. No more chances."
"I ordered 1 24 GB shrimp and 2 fish dinner with fries and slaw, also I ordered side of clams all to go. when I got home I had mac & cheese instead of fries and no clams. I paid 16.99 for a messed up order. not the first time this has happened. I ate it anyway and it was good but it wasn't what I ordered"
"Apparently nobody can read a ticket and make sure it order is correct after driving 5 mi home I open my dinner and this is what I find doesn't match the ticket.! Not to mention I waited approximately 5 to 8 minutes at the drive-thru window for them to even prepare my food.!"
"Nice staff BUT the food has declined severely. Fish was smaller than my plastic fork. Mac&Cheese had 8 macaroni swimming in a bowl of cheese sauce. Hish puppies have remained the same thank goodness!"
