"Sorry but ones going to pay $5 for a disgusting, 30 year old VHS casette. Absolute rip off of a thrift store, better off buying new"

"Went here with my mom and almost had a heart attack. Prices were more than what I could buy things new at hobby lobby. Damn people this is donated items. The prices are higher in lenoir city than in Farragut. People beware if you donate to this place . Edit I would like to respond to the reply. I do not see how you can honestly say you price donated (used, free to you ) items at a valued price . Who is doing the valuing? I was not the only person who was questioning the prices. Note: $125.00 for a broken chair covered in hair ?? Wish I had taken pictures. Maybe need new management? I did not purchase anything. I will not recommend anyone else to either."

"Always a little to pricey for donated items. I actually found a pair of Nikes today that was $12 dollars MORE than they where at Shoe Shoe brand new. Shame on you karma. It's one thing to profit off one's waste but rediculas to get rich off poor people that just want the same nice things the rich have but only when there done with it. Poor people shop at karma. Dont forget that and why you started"

"Just go buy it new at a store..Its seriously cheaper.. This place brags about helping others while robbing shoppers blind...Its embarrassing...How could anyone work here..I would seriously be sooooo embarrassed to screw people over daily..Im sure they will respond saying we do it to help people...This place deserves to go under...Reduce your outrageous prices and stop screwing people over.."

"Go donate to a true nonprofit!! This place is no better than Walmart. Seriously they are charging more than the original retail prices! Seriously consider donating to a true nonprofit organization. In response to the reply from KARM about this review. I stand by my statement that people should donate to a true nonprofit! How much do you pay your employees? How much do you pay your managers? How much actually makes it to charities? You receive all your merchandise for free, so it's all profit for you. Yet you have the nerve to charge more for used items than they sold for brand new. Your company is not one I will support and I encourage others that truly care about the needs of the community to check into your company before giving to you."
