"We got there as the doors were openening. Seated quick and attended to in a fast time. Waitress was very kind and attentive. The food was prepared well. I had the country fried steak which was enormous and seasoned right. My gf enjoyed her sirloin. All in all it was a great meal for a great price."

"Went to Texas Roadhouse in New Hartford NY last night to have dinner with me and my family and we had awesome service with a server who was very attentive and friendly. The food, Oh my God, the food was awesome and you got a lot. I had the 14oz Prime Rib steak that was done to perfection and was so tender and melted in my mouth. With 6 people in my family I figured I'd spend over 200.00 for the food but was surprised when it only came to about 140.00. This place should be a 5 star business, everything about it was great. Going back next week, maybe just me and my wife."

"Always a fun time at Texas road House! Clean location and bathrooms. Friendly staff. I have 4 stars for food as we both ordered medium and my steak was well done and my wife's was cooked as ordered, medium. I had no pink in mine. Other than that it was great."

"Would absolutely love to give a 5 star review. But..... We had a group of 5 plus two children on a Monday. Waited an hour for a table even though there was several unused tables that were not being used in the same area that we were seated..eventually.. I assume the issue was lack of staff on a Monday. My advice.. fix it. This is a highly sought after chain restaurant. Do what is needed to accommodate and rectify this issue. Food was excellent. Our waitresses...once seated was excellent. Utilize all of your restaurant not just sections. Doesn't matter if it's Monday or Saturday night. Fix it! You currently have a great business going but patrons will find alternatives if business continues to operate this way. I look forward to revisiting in the future when operations get sorted and organized."

"Hands down the best steak I've had in a long time, the food is great. The only issue with this visit was we made the mistake of forgetting our IDs at home so when it came time to order our drinks at the very start of the evening, we were given a timid no. Even though we had electronic copies available to show photos and age. The manager came into okay and stated it was fine but it would be the servers decision, which of course she timidly said no. I was looking forward to that frozen drink. Really!. One night a week away from work and everything else stressful just to be denied something legally available to me for almost 16 years now. But food 5 service 2 at best, except for the hostess."
