Pizza Hut

"We went to this Pizza Hut cuz the one in Rome had the dining room closed. Explained to Sean about our gluten-free cheese sticks made from a gluten-free pizza crust with cheese and the seasonings. He accepted the challenge and came out victorious. The cheese sticks were perfect, nice and crisp and our pizzas were perfect too just the way we ordered them. Thank you, Sean"

"It's not the same pizza Hut anymore and this pizza Hut is run down the booths are ripped and the place gringy, there's no dress code and the salad bar is 8.99 for one plate and its only salad nothing hot to be truthful the place has gone to shame although I will say the waiter was very pleasant"

"Food was just not what it used to be, crust was not a buttery cheese was a little light and the meat used is definitely lower quality."

"Update 11/19/2023 - Decided to try PH NH again. Order was exactly how it was placed. Asked for extra sauce and received extra sauce. A step in the right direction. Adjusting stars to 3 at this point. Will try them again in a few weeks. Update 3/16/23 - sauce amount increased slightly for about two orders however for the past two weeks there was very little, almost no, sauce on all pizzas I've ordered. Cheese amount has been reasonable. Dropping down to one star as this is getting ridiculous. Will adjust my review if things improve and are consistent. Have been going to New Hartford NY Pizza Hut for years, generally weekly. They used to have great consistently made pizza's up until a few years back where now it's hit and miss. Lately it has been a lack of sauce for me and to a point a bit less cheese at times. I don't know if this is a management decision to cut back on things a bit, or an inventory problem, or if its a training issue or maybe a little of everything. Also not having any coupons and only have their Deals, all of which do not fit what I want, makes me want to look elsewhere for pizza more often, unless things improve. Giving them 3 stars at this point."

"One of the few remaining Pizza Huts still open in the area. All the others have closed. Its fairly clean and normally isn't too busy. Sometimes, the salad bar is a little sketchy. But not every trip has been like this. The staff is friendly. If you like Pizza Hut you already know what to expect here.."
