"Unfortunately, this place never fails to disappoint. I only went here today because I had a gift card. Normally, I don’t go here because the service is so bad, the ambience is cold and uncomfortable, and the food is nothing to write home about. Today I ordered a turkey Ruben, which is supposed to be a hot grilled panini. It looks like they put it on the grill for less than a minute and then served it to me. The bread is cold, the cold cuts are room temperature, the cheese is not melted, and the sandwich is overall disgusting. I have to re-grill it on my panini press in order to eat it. Personally, I would not waste my money here if I were you. I’ve had poor experiences there for years."

"Stopped in as we were in the area.. purchased a few goodies to take back home as well as the “Cannoli Milkshake” .. the desserts were great! The “milkshake” had much to be desired.. it was more like a “coolata” you’d get from Dunkin, very liquidy and melts fast. I also didn’t get “Cannoli” from it? The filling they put in the cannolis and shake certainly doesn’t have a strong flavor to it if any flavor at all. Otherwise, a nice place to grab a bite and a cute day date."

"Great avocado toast. Side of fresh fruit was amazing. Great presentation. Menu has a lot of variety. Amazing pastries and cakes. Very friendly, quick service. Space feels a little cafeteria-like to me and outdoor space is awkwardly in traffic."
