"Don, Dave, and Orion saved my wedding. I came in just seven weeks before my date, and they were able to work wonders with an already crazy schedule. Don scoured vendors looking for the specific tweed my fiancée wanted, and when we discovered it was unobtainium, he provided us with a paisley that was the talk of our wedding. Orion was incredibly proficient on providing updates regarding the groomsmen tux rentals; and when a particular size wasn't available, the alternate he found was even better than our original suit requests. Don also brought me down to Batavia Bootery, and Kevin was able to offer a pair of boots, along with cobbling service, to perfectly match my suit. While not inexpensive, these gents procured the lifetime garments necessary for the greatest day of my life."

"Amazing service. I had 9 guys get suits, 3 of which sent their measurements in (from out of state). Not a single person needed adjustments when they arrived!! Prices are unmatched compared to anyone else. I got shoes, pants, suit, shirt, tie, cufflinks, and suspenders all for the cost of what just a suit would cost at other places. Highly recommend coming here"

"Charles Men’s shop throughout all my years of being a customer has always given me amazing service. They will do everything in there power to give you exactly what it is you want. For my wedding I bought a suite and had it tailored by them. They did amazing job it fits great. My groomsmen rented and my order was not simple or straightforward and they nailed it and were extremely professional. GREAT PLACE that has an appreciation for nice things."

"Beware…Great customer service when ordering but terrible after that. Father of bride in a wedding party of 10 (pretty good order)! Ordered jacket and no shoes since they walked us down to their shoe store the Bootery) where we spent over $400 (Kevin provided great customer service). Went to pick up suit for fitting on Monday night and there were shoes, no coat and very tight shirt. Everything was very rushed and told it looked great. Said someone in wedding party called to cancel jacket but that was verified not to be true. Said could order XL shirt but it would be too big. Determined needed a 44 jacket based on trying one on in store. Went back Friday to pick up jacket and XL shirt and again was very rushed and told it looked great. Put jacket on morning of wedding and realized it was a slim fit. Sleeves were a bit short and shoulders a bit snug but nothing to do at this point. XL shirt fit great. Wife called and left a message on how disappointing it was for a professional shop to get it so wrong with measurements and expected some sort of discount when suit was returned for the wrong order first and then a not so great fit with no time to change. When suit was returned owner asked if I tried the jacket on before leaving shop Friday. Yes, but again very rushed as though they knew the slim fit was not ideal and just wanted me out of there. Told that jacket only came in slim fit. So, why didn't you order the 46 slim instead?? No refund or other compensation offered. Owner extended hand and when I didn’t shake his hand he commented something like “we’re done here.” No apology for the inconvenience. Owner acknowledged receiving wife’s call but didn’t bother to call her (or me) back. Would expect much more from a men’s shop in terms of accurate measurements especially for the prices. Glad I didn’t spend the money for a custom suit!"
