"I felt there were enough people working , but there was a line at the register on a week day in the middle of the day. Lots of cute clothing but no camis in store."

"Love the store but this particular store didn't have a big selection of girls clothes."

"What can I say. It's a typical Old Navy, mostly geared for a younger customer, but offering some options for graybeards like me, especially a few of the lighter weight cotton tropical shirts. I will keep my eye on it for future sales."

"When I first heard that an Old Navy was being opened in Batavia I was ecstatic. Due to my past experiences with other locations, I assumed that I was getting to have a place that offered stylish clothes for all sizes that fit my budget, which very seldom happens for me. (Just for some background information, I am a bigger guy, but really, my body is not too far out of the scope of normal.) When I got there today, the first thing I noticed was a sign the read "BODEQUALITY" (false marketing). I was so excited. I went straight to the jean section, hoping to find something sufficient to add to my autumn wardrobe. I found nothing. After a while of searching, my brother consulted one of the employees to see if she could help me. The employee was very willing to help us in any way she could, as she found every pair of jeans they had that were my size, which was two pairs: both athletic cut, which is something that doesn't really flatter my appearance as well as other styles would. Also, the two pairs were of the least aesthetically pleasing colors that the store carried. I wound up walking out of the store empty-handed and humiliated."
