"This establishment will accuse you of stealing if you spend too much time browsing. Employees will follow you around questioning you. “Manager” has no idea how to talk to customers. This store is a complete joke and makes the entire organization look horrible. Pretty sad how you treat season ticket holders. I would not recommend this store to anybody I know. I have spent hundreds of dollars in this is store and how I’m treated as a repeat customer. Absolutely unacceptable. Save your time and either shop at the bflo store who truly values their customers, or even better yet, fanatics where you will have no hassle at all. I’d rate this establishment 0 stars if I could. Maybe instead of having staff follow your customers around you should spend that extra time training them on how to spot actual thieves."

"On Friday, April 14th, my wife and I visited the Sabres store. While we shopped, a pleasant young man asked me if he could be of any help. I asked him about the availability of a shirt or jersey for a particular player. He informed me that that particular player did not have any shirt or jersey available. Further, when I asked about the possibility of that player’s jersey being on the shelf soon. He informed that because it was the end of the season, probably not. He apologized before any inconvenience band my wife and I continued shopping. In the course of our shopping, I had a few other questions, so I sought out the same clerk. He answered all of my inquiries and even offered alternatives. In the course of our conversation, the past season was brought up. The store was not busy and the clerk was restocking shirts while we chatted. Trust me, it was just a few minutes. Suddenly, while the initial clerk was already with us, another clerk came up and asked if he could help us. He clearly saw the initial clerk was engaged with us. I told him that the initial clerk was helping us. Then he added, as he walked away, that he “needed” the other clerk to work with him. Further, he added that he “had a game tonight”. Truth is, the “game” was the following night. The second clerk’s behavior and deportment was rude, unprofessional, embarrassing to my wife and I, as well as the initial clerk, embarrassing to the organization and quite frankly boorish. Customer service is always a priority in the business, but the second clerk cared only about his needs. This was not good public relations for the store or the Sabres organization. My wife and I left the store with purchasing items we had selected. Further, we were considering ordering two jerseys, which we did not do after being subjected to the rude and embarrassing behavior of the second clerk. We will not be returning to the Sabres store and rest assured that I will recommend to neighbors, relatives and friends that they find alternatives for their Sabres and Bandits needs. Thank you."

"Friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful staff makes this a great team store. Just remember folks they're at the mercy of the seasons and supply. Mid November they won't have a ton of the popular players, but if you work with these people they'll do everything they can to try and make what you want happen. At the end of the day that's all I can ask for as a customer."
