"From the moment I step into Panera, the warm and inviting atmosphere sets the stage for a delightful experience. But it’s the exceptional service, especially from an employee named Katrina, that truly makes each visit memorable. Katrina’s consistent greeting with a cheerful “Hi!” immediately brightens my day. Her smile isn’t just a gesture; it’s a genuine reflection of the friendly and positive vibe that Panera prides itself on. Katrina’s eagerness to assist, whether it’s helping with menu choices or ensuring a quick and efficient service, shows her dedication and professionalism. Her attentiveness to customer needs and her ability to make everyone feel welcomed is a rarity in customer service today. She remembers regular customers and makes new ones feel like they’re part of the Panera family. The food, as always, is fresh and delicious. But it’s the staff, led by Katrina’s exemplary service, that sets this Panera apart. It’s not just a place to grab a bite; it’s a warm, welcoming space where you’re guaranteed a smile and top-notch service, thanks to Katrina and the team. Thank you, Katrina, for making every visit to Panera an absolute pleasure. Your hard work and dedication haven’t gone unnoticed, and it’s employees like you who keep me coming back for more! Keep up the amazing work!"

"Good was the same as expected. I never have issues with the food.. but the restaurant itself was a disaster. I’ve never seen a Panera so dirty ever.. garbages were full and they were telling people to just stack it and they’d take care of it. No napkins in the place as no one was restocking. A lot of workers but no one really taking care of the cleaning.. hopefully they figure it out"

"Pretty disappointed. Back to back express orders, we add chicken to our salads for a significant costs. And back to back times, they leave out the chicken but still charge us the additional cost. Now every time moving forward, so I need to unpack our order, double check every item even tho the receipt’s attached has all the items we ordered as listed. That’s the point of an express order, so we can get our exact order at an express service. Plus I always leave a tip. Again, it’s disappointing."

"Typical Panera, it got super busy around five, six, pm. So I'd get there before that. There are touch screens to order on if you prefer. It seemed quicker then dealing with a person as there was no line for that option. The food was good. ~Would return."

"Bad service. Can’t read people’s order I paid $10 for the bread bowl addition for my 2 soups, the delivery came and no bowl and only got atleast a cup worth of the soup. Yes Ik that much goes in the bowl but you eat the bowl and that is also part of what you pay for!! Sucks because I love Panera bread but can’t stand incompetent workers that can’t get their own job right!! I called them to tell them and the manager on the phone was more worried about her coworkers fooling around. DONT GO TO THIS PANERA"
