"Half & Half is the best boutique in Buffalo and beyond. The owner and staff are always very welcoming and ready to help me find the perfect outfit. Every item in the store is hand selected and curated to perfection. This is my "go-to" store for any vacation, special event, birthday shopping trip or when I am in need of retail therapy. They're always current (and sometimes ahead of the game) on emerging trends and styles. The prices are slightly high however, the quality is far worth it. I never get rid of any clothes I purchase from here as I call them my "forever clothes". Thank you to the team at Half & Half for creating this amazing space for all of Buffalo to enjoy!!"

"Another update: Drove there after work, got there at 5:50 and they said they were closed.....what kind of hours are these? Post covid update: mens styles are gone, not as much selection, style seems more bland, too much seasonal clothing. Prices seem to have doubled since last visit. First time we couldn't find anything nice to purchase. Great boutique, great style and fashion, modern and updated. Great location, friendly and helpful staff, very complimentary and very chic. Great buys on clearance and awesome new styles. Bagging, wrapping, paying, everything was a pleasure. Felt very homey. Fiance loves it there! Can maybe get a few more things for guys, some more leather goods, couple tobacco and leather colognes, leather gloves, leather belts, even a nice bag or two. Overall very satisfied and we'll be back!!!"

"A close friend of mine told me to visit half and half this past and my experience was interesting. The store and merchandise itself was amazing but the customer service needs some work. The one girl that was working was super friendly but the other women there definitely had an attitude (multiple times). For instance, I was interested in a dress (only one left) and it had a makeup stain on the front. I was going to buy it if they could remove the stain (it seemed like an issue). A few minutes later she came out and said she removed half of it and asked if I still wanted it (but with no discount). I don’t think employees should have an attitude about removing a stain from a dress that’s over $100. Another thing is that I had purchased 4 dresses and was not told the return policy when buying them. Both employees knew it was my first time in the store and neither informed me that none of the dresses could be returned until after I had already checked out. I understand they need to have a tough return policy because many people take advantage, however it would have been nice to know before purchasing over 500$ worth of clothing."

"I came to Half & Half for their Men's shopping night to buy some gifts for my fiancee. The owner and all of the staff were extremely helpful and nice. Their selection of clothing is top notch for men and women. A great, local, Buffalo business that knows how to treat their customers. The free beer for Men's Shopping Night was a nice touch! I will be back!"
