"Horrible, most of the time this car wash is good however this time I paid 21 dollars because I needed the under carriage washed due to the salt on the roads. Now normally the employees at the front will rinse off your vehicle before going through the wash however this wasn't the case. The two employees who were there were too busy talking to each other instead of rinsing off the vehicle of a customer who decided even though money is tight to pay a little extra to ensure the vehicle gets clean, Well because it was not rinsed beforehand my vehicle came out completely dirty with salty streaks all over the vehicle.I definitely was not paying extra to have another run through and I wound up going to a self serve wash to rinse it and rewash it myself for another seven bucks. If I were you I wouldn't bother paying for a wash that gets half the job done for full price. Save your money and go someplace else. By the way this was the wash on Erie Blvd."
"Just wondering why friends of your employees on Erie Blvd Rome NY get free car washes? I wasn't able to post the pic of the car but it was a white VW plate# LGG2412 it went through on Thursday 1/11 at 12:12pm. I have the pic to report. He should have to pay like the rest of us!"

"Has free vacuums to use between the hours of 8am and 8pm everyday that part is great as far as the actual carwash part if you choose the option for $25 you can wash your vehicle free for an entire month but just make sure you choose that specific option don't allow the attendant to talk you into any other option cause then you will end up paying $25 for onl6 one washing instead of the entire month and there's noone to speak with regarding any type of refund."
