"Another great experience with Good Year! I work with Dennis Perez, Bruce Maurer, Josh Wocjik, Richard Parker…. Everyone over there is world class and top notch! I take my personal vehicle and my work fleet truck over there. Today was an oil change and tire rotation, unfortunately I needed to get the rear brakes done (90K mi). "Took my car in for an inspection & found out i needed my rear breaks done ASAP. The gentleman who was helping me (forgot his name) was absolutely phenomenal. Although, the lady there absolutely disgusted me with her comment about my father, and she wasn’t even in my conversation. Since my dad works at a car dealership with over 19 years of experience, i called him to help me with price matching with his dealership, etc. Since I’m only 19, part time job, full time college student, money can be tight. Blah blah. The lady had an attitude with me from the start when she called me, absolutely disgusting. I get to GoodYear and talked to the gentleman WITH my father on the phone. When we started talking about price, brand, etc, she had the nerve to say “he’s a salesman not a mechanic” in the worst attitude possible, really bugged me and caught me off guard, and coming from both grandmas & my aunt, this women KNOWS my father. Keeping my cool, I didn’t say anything and ignore her unnecessary comment. He may be a salesman, but he’s a damn good one and he knows what he is talking about. She needs to learn to mind her business and watch the disgusting remarks. Other then her, amazing job."

"I don't normally leave a review let alone one for a chain shop such as this one but I have to say, I've had three vehicles inspected here and since I do my own work and haven't yet taken them up on their offers to repair/replace, I really do value that they will still go above and beyond during an inspection to let me know if they find something worth addressing immediately. What this means is, I'm highly likely to recommend them to others and use them if I'm in a pinch. Great job guys! 1/27/23"
