"Scheduled a state inspection at 4 on Monday. Got a call to reschedule because they don’t do inspections on Monday and Tuesday to come in Wednesday at 12. I arrived during my lunch time and when I got there at my appointment time the inspector decided to take a lunch in spite of having an allotted appointment time that they rescheduled. Completely unprofessional and horrible service."

"I called mavis to see if there was tires in stock for my car and to set up an appointment the next day. Cameron was the worker I spoke to over the phone, he was very respectful and told me all the options I had for tires. He also said to come right on down and they could get my car in the same day. Customer service in person was just as great as over the phone. Car was done in a timely fashion and my overall experience was great. Will be coming back in the future."
