"I was visiting family in this town and brought my nephew for a quick haircut. I would first like to say the lady that was there today at 9am did not acknowledge me our my nephew with a good morning when we arrived nor did she even smile at us. However, when a Caucasian couple arrived, after she was cutting my nephews hair, she was all smiles and greeted them with a welcoming hello. Not sure if it’s because we were Hispanic but that was a horrible racist experience. Also to make matters worse my nephew was left with a bold spot on the side of his head, and she claimed it was because that is where his temple is. He has never had such a horrible haircut! I would not recommend this place to anyone, EVER!!!"
"I called to make an appt since I drive pretty far to get there and was told they only do walk ins. I asked what time they close and when told- I asked if it’s ok to get there around 4 and was told yes. I get there at 4 to be told they don’t do walk ins and it’s only appointments. I explained I tried to make an appt over the phone and she told me that it’s correct that I couldn’t because they only do walk ins. Literally felt like I was on a joke show. Will never return and waste my time again"
