"Ordered on the kiosk tried to pay at the counter, but had to wait while a number of employees saw me waiting and other people waiting to order. Got the cravings box and the burrito was tiny and my Chalupa only had beans in the very center not spread across the bottom like any protein should’ve been it’s a nice new facility but they’re not doing a good job making the food sauce was mostly empty and the soda machine was flat."

"I don’t understand why I continue to bother going to this Taco Bell. They get my order wrong every. single. time. I am very empathetic toward fast food workers. Their work is hard and they’re severely underpaid, so I genuinely do not care if they don’t say hello or even acknowledge that I exist. They could throw the bag at me through the window for all I care. All I ask is that they get the actual food right. But I guess that’s too much to ask for."

"This has to be the worst Taco Bell since they moved. Extremely long wait times, no consistency in the food and everyone seems miserable and it shows. 1 car in the drive thru and no in store, they said it’ll be a 10 minute wait. With no one waiting. Completely disorganized. Sad that they moved and went down hill so quickly."

"Went to this Taco Bell today, heard a raving review from someone who used to go here regularly. They said “wanna try a real Taco Bell, go to the one in Webster.” So I did. And I was highly unimpressed and disgusted. The food came out fast, which was good, but all came out basically unwrapped and dripping with grease. Made me sick to my stomach, and my poor car got covered in grease as well. It dripped everywhere and every bite was soggy with it as well. I personally would not eat here again, especially with how sick I just got from it. I wouldn’t suggest anyone else do either."

"This might be the best Taco Bell ever. They stuff the food super full of cheese and meat. I asked for a couple of everything with the sauces and basically got an entire box. These guys really crush. $20 feeds a family of 6 with leftovers."
