"My mom is ill and I needed a way to transport her in a wheelchair. This is a new experience for my family. I called Bussani because they seem like they knew it they were doing. Boy was that an understatement. I worked with Darlene on my first ever rental and it was simple and easy. Darlene was really kind and understanding. She explained everything that I needed to know and was patient with all my questions. The fleet is brand new which is always nice to see, but what really surprised me was that Darlene came out of the office and showed me how to work everything on the vehicle. I've purchased cars and had less explanation on a vehicle, that's how good Darlene was explaining to me how the equipment worked. Obviously I'm not going anywhere else for my needs anymore.
