"They do not take credit card yet their business location storefront and business cards shows Visa and MasterCard accepted. I get to my destination to discover the driver wanted cash. And the firm told me over the phone I should have asked first before getting their cab as they have not taken credit cards for a long time. So I have to pay for an ATM fee to get cash. Terrible. I should have deducted the ATM fee from the $33 fare. No tip for this driver. And the driver was 10 mins early yet he wanted to get going asap. I should have made him wait. I can not recommend this firm."
