"I own a 2007 Jeep Commander... my daily who works as hard as I do and who is exhausted like me but keeps on going! I have never bought a vehicle from them yet, but I had a few services performed by Castilone- big and small.... from an oil change to rear brake replacements to an full engine replacement! Sure they may not answer every call for a long time so be patient and call back- the service department is swamped because they are known for their skills and they are constantly working on a vehicle!!! I never see anyone in service sitting around.. like ever. And do you know that one of their techs offered to come to my work to look at my Jeep as it was bleeding to death (there was oil all over the ground and nothing on the dip stick but a spot on analogy I feel)? That is the kind of service I love and hope everyone can find! Their pricing isn't cheap but they are not gouging either so they are competitive for the market they are in. I feel confident in their skills as they keep my Jeep running smooth, reliable, and efficient for me as I want my Jeep to retire with me! The manger and I quote “I would get fired for selling the car for that price.” You would get fired for selling the car for the price your website and team listed it for? Sounds like a great workplace. Just goes to show the level of integrity at this establishment. Go somewhere else there are plenty of other dealerships that have standards of proper business practice and do not false advertise."
