"We had a great experience today. I needed a tube on my son's bike and called to see what time the shop closed. They had closed 30 minutes before I called, but still answered the phone. Brian said he would wait for me if I still wanted to come. That is what outstanding customer service is all about. Not only did he fix the tire, he also did some other repairs that the bike needed and this was on a bike I didn't buy from there. "Brian does a tremendous job of taking care of his customers. I needed a tune up on one of my bikes, and I took it to the big name competition in Johnson City. They were gonna charge me $140 for a freaking tune up. Brian did it for under $50. Stay away from those clowns from the BOHICA (Bend Over, Here It Comes Again) Bike Shop, and take your issues to Hampton Trails. Great, timely service, great guy who won't screw you over for simple stuff."
