"Took windows to them paid for them to be fixed 2months later and still nothing so there employee just drops off the unfixed windows with no notice at a tenants house were we didn't even know about it the tenant called me and so I called Erie glass and the guy hung up on me. Very unprofessional."
"I had someone break half (it's a 1/2 slider type) of one of the back windows in my horse trailer. Of course, the trailer is circa 1993-1994 and the window is an odd size; I couldn't even special order a new one. I brought what was left of it to Erie Glass and they did a fantastic job fixing it. Not only is it back together and functional, they matched the tint of the other half of the window perfectly. You would never know anything ever happened! Turn around was also very quick. Thanks again!"
