"Had body damage to the drivers side rear fender from a car backing out of a parking space. Met with Gail in customer service who was very helpful, efficient and thorough. This was not her first rodeo. She knew just what to do from taking photos to interfacing with the insurance company. The process was seamless. All I had to do was relay the information and wait for a call that my vehicle was ready for pick up. The work done was excellent and my vehicle was clean, bright and shiny when I picked it up. Job well done!"

"The office team was awesome, and kept me updated the entire time. They were very honest and transparent with time lines and situations. The work was quality as well. The only issues I had, were not completely on them. Our forward collision detection system was calibrated from Street, and apparently it wasn't done correctly, so we have to go back. Also we had the vehicle detailed at Davidson as soon as completed, but the interior was barely touched and had a horrible smell that we are still having issues with removing."
