Chuck is one of the honest mechanics out there when it comes to this. None of the let's put the part and and charge a astronomical price...and it didn't fix the problem. "While traveling from North Carolina to visit family in Rome I noticed noise coming from what I thought was my transmission. Premos was highly recommended from a friend. When I stopped in and told the owner, Chuck, that I needed to be back home in 5 days and asked if they could look at my vehicle as soon as possible they dropped everything to accommodate me. They diagnosed the problem immediately and were able to get a transfer delivered the following day. Chuck and his mechanic did everything they could to get me back on the road. In fact, the mechanic worked beyond his normal hours and repaired my vehicle a day earlier than promised. They were reasonably priced, warrantied their work and Chuck even called me the following day to make I made it home safely."
"While my vehicle was under warranty work Premo's broke my brake line and rear axle replacing a wheel bearing and charged me "out of pocket" for the damage they caused. Stay away from Premo's!"
