"I went to get my tire plugged Bc I had run something over earlier in the day. At the very beginning I asked them to show me what was stuck in my tire. They never came back with it. The next time they came back with a bill explaining they had to patch my tire not plug it Bc the hole was too big. I said, ok, can I see what was stuck in there? He said he had to go back and find it Bc he had it but misplaced it. Then finally again, after I had paid, I asked for it again. They came back with a rediculous element that was rediculously long and there's no way it was sharp enough to puncture my tire. Mind you, I waited over an hour for them to repair the tire when I had called hours in advance and they said they could get me in. And I had to ask several times to get the object that pictures my tire...which they only gave me AFTER I had paid. When I told them this element is not what was in my tire, the guy said this is what the other guy gave him. I repeated my statement and said I saw what was in my tire. It had a silver hook...this is NOT what was in there. He seemed surprised and lost for words but only said well, this is what they gave me.. I WAS FURIOUS! Just because I am am girl, they think it's okay to take advantage of me and make me pay extra then to come out and show me a rediculous item and say thats what went in my tire... when it is something that couldn't puncture a tire like I had... is very degrading to me. Here i am calling him out, he is left speechless, but yet, i had already paid and had no way of proving otherwise.. it was just by my word versus his. I think it was Very unprofessional for a business. I will never recommend this place."
