"Had a left front lower ball joint removed and replaced on a 1985 Ford F150. It took 2.5 hours!!! At the most it should have been 2 hours. We were told it took longer because of the age of the vehicle. No offer of a discount, just pay the bill. Won't ever be going back and will not ever recommend to anyone. Very poor customer service."
