"Alyssa and Jenny were fantastic at answering questions and listening to what I was looking for and just being overall superb people. Absolutely 100% fantastic customer service and I wished I lived closer because I'd shop here permanently if I could! My only negative is they have phenomenal setups for all the animals... except the betta fish. Maybe they're planning on putting them in a better location to meet their needs soon? I should have asked. It was rather disappointing to see tropical fish in tiny unheated cups when all the other animals were in special rooms with proper tanks. That's not the employee's fault though, and other than that the store was clean and had great prices to boot! Will be back whenever I have the chance!"
