"This is the way customer service should be. I have never encountered a rude customer service person here. They are always helpful polite and very friendly. Today I had a issue with a tool I purchased about 6 months ago and Chad went way above and beyond helping me. I know some of the tools are not the top of the line quality but I challenge anyone to find better service at any big box or specialty store. Thanks Chad you guys have a customer for life"
