"My first time in this store (I usually go to Batavia) and it will definitely be my last. I love the selection this store has but I will NOT be returning. The employees are very snobby here and made me feel unwelcome. I saw them laughing and whispering about another customer that was browsing, and one of these girls I would assume is the manager (the short girl with glasses) It also seemed like they were very annoyed with my daughter, even though she didn’t get into anything and she was well behaved for the most part. She stayed by me most of the time, but the employees just kept giving us dirty looks. Kids are kids, they have energy. Get over it. Overall, I felt unwelcome. I will avoid this store in the future. This store is also very dirty. I left my shoes on in the fitting room because the floors are filthy and brown."
"This store has it all! Outstanding customer service. Quality merchandise at a very affordable price, and the sales are amazing. Our family shops here (ages 12 to 65) and are able to find clothes. Staff is knowledgeable, and helpful with suggestions and putting outfits together. Returns are super easy."
