"Employee's were pleasant and engaging . I didn't care for being bothered by a woman offering coffee samples. If I want coffee I can see the coffee bar from the store entrance. It should be respected that not all customers want to sip ball sweat. Otherwise I would rate the business higher."

"1st time going in there because we thought it would be too expensive for us, but we were very wrong. They have an abundance of books, records and so much more. It's a huge beautiful place. They have a huge kids section and loads of seats to just grab a book and sit and read. I love the prices and the employees are amazingly helpful. It truly is amazing and definitely something for everyone. They have their own bonus card where you can earn points for items. Great place. We bought 2 books. I can't wait to go back."

"Large, cozy, well-organized bookshop with lots of chairs to sit and read in. We always come here and can spend hours here. They have a huge kids and game section and also lots of little gifts. There are often bargin books on sale and a clearance section. Staff is very helpful and nice. I love that there are little cards with suggestions/reviews of books (see pic). They also have lots of books not only about the area but by authors/from publishers from Buffalo. They also have a cafe (Starbucks) with an area to sit and eat. Their bathrooms are really clean."

"Neat, attractive, well-arranged, there's a "Starbucks" but they have more food options than a real Starbucks. Lots of magazines and of course books, many seats to sit and sip. Only 2 plugs for those who come to work in the white noise. Nice staff whenever I've come here! Prices of products vary from a good deal to a bit pricey. Easy distance from I-90 exit 49."
