"What a joke! It took me 2 times to go there in order to be seen. During my transactions (the second visit), I asked questions about the plan to see if the new plan was better than my previous plan. Mary threw a piece of paper at me with the new plans and said this is what they are. I told her that didn’t tell me anything and how my bill would change. She finally rudely said, oh, you wanted to know how it would affect your plan? That’s kind of why I asked… she finally figured it out to find it would be more. Cool - let’s leave my plan alone then. We inquired about the free iPhone deal. She printed out a paper showing us it would be free. During the transaction, she sold us a case that wouldn’t fit the new phone AND changed my plan. Let’s see how they fix this tomorrow when I go in, but boy am I not happy right now. Can’t wait to see the stranded apology issued at the end of this review instead of attempting to help me fix this issue."
"They are currently remodeling the store but that hasn't affected how great they are. I had a terrible experience trying to upgrade online and then even calling their help line. I was able to save a bunch of money by going into the store. He was so patient, kind and helpful. This location not only has cellphones and accessories. They now have speakers, video game controllers and other electronics. Eric (not sure of spelling) was fantastic and deserves a giant raise!"
