Walked in, greeted awesomely, had something I was looking for, (not expecting it there because website said none in stock)found out the workers have mutual friends. Signed up for the reward program like the old days. It's been years, but I didn't feel like a stranger or out of place. Store has changed to keep up with current demands and has a lot more in the store than just games. Will always check this store out again when I'm out shopping."

"Associate was very welcoming and professional. Just your average GameStop store. Except this time the store associate actually seemed to care about their customers. I hate most GameStop stores because most associates can't even help me get in to my online gameinformer so I can read it. This associate was honest with me in saying "I wish I knew more but this is the only option I know." Made me smile and appreciate her more."
