"Don’t know if the old lady working here is the owner or not but she’s very rude. I love supporting small business and used to adore this shop but after my experience a few months ago I haven’t been able to bring myself to go back. She had a brief conversation with me while I was shopping and a few minutes later I overheard her complaining about me, calling me stupid to the girls working behind the cash register. I did not confront her while cashing out but her comment truly broke my heart that day. Just a friendly reminder that kindness goes a long way."
