"My fiancé booked an appointment here for a tux that he was interested in buying for our wedding, but was told it had to be ordered. Please keep in mind that he made his appointment around the time they told him the tux would be in. They never called, never emailed but told him at his appointment that they didn’t have that tux available nor was it going to be available for our wedding date. Forget common sense, common courtesy and having good customer service would’ve ensured that some form of communication got to him about the status of the tux so that he could cancel the appointment or reschedule accordingly or to come for his appointment prepared to look at some other options. This unfortunately was not the case and I’m super disappointed that this played out this way."

One of the workers that lived close to me decided he would hand deliver them for me so I didn't have to worry 2 days before my wedding and run back up there when I had other things I needed to do customer service is top notch"
