"We were VERY disappointed in the product and even moreso in the lack of service with the problem. The aprons we ordered for our SWAG bags for a donor event were printed incorrectly. They showed very specific measurements in the proof (3 inches down from neck) and then the cane and weren5 inches down. Plus the image was much smaller than shown in the proof. In spite of showing them they did not meet their own specs they refused to correct them. The response is not True. The logo was five inches below and we showed them this. They said they would look at a remedy and then never responded again."

"I ordered 44 golf shirts for my annual golf outing. As it turned out they were out of that specific type of shirt. I couldn’t believe how well they handled it. They CALLED me (not emailed) to tell me they were unfortunately out of that type of shirt and they would be upgrading me to the next golf polo for FREE. The shirts got delivered 2 weeks later and we are beyond impressed how they all turned out. I’d give this place a 6 out of 5 star rating if I could"

Rochester Fireplace:

"Order shirts online (had order in-store last year and felt comfortable to do so online. Had thick Carhartt jackets embroidered-came out AMAZING!) and they were delivered when they had estimated. When they arrived there were a few logos that did not get a layer of printing, with machines or any business there will always be "unexpecteds". But they resolved the unexpected errors in one small, 5-minute visit. I brought the shirts in (I'm sure they would have taken care of over the phone or online, but we're local). Customer service rep at counter took care of them at no charge and the replacements were shipped to my door, free of charge and in a timely fashion! In the end, the shirts came out better than expected! Will continue to do business here!!"
